i had to set up a weekly stream just to force myself to play games because otherwise my brain won't want to play games anymore
no activities spark any joy in my brain anymore and i just can't do anything and end up wasting time just sitting around until it's the next day and i'm working again and i don't know how to break out of this pattern
what do i do when i'm burnt out constantly unhappy about free time unable to enjoy it and much less unwilling to do work during free time
