more so than being a "windows user" or a "linux user" i think you should simply learn ways to make a computer do the thing you want to, regardless of what that way is

do you think launching a new steam controller will remind valve to fix the input setup they broke when they launched this steam update a few years back

there is still no feedback when setting up trackpads, you have to fully launch a game and hope your changes are how you want them

Jon the Programmer's Squinky Tennis! An Easter egg game found hidden in several different Game Gear games published in the 90s by CodeMasters. I've been curious about this game since I was about 13 as you can't play it unless you have two GGs and a link cable. And there were no videos online anywhere of it. I finally gave up waiting and made my own video
