source: i drank the koolaid back in 2017, ran a public instance for 4 years, and witnessed the childish shitshow of broken power dynamics by self-absorbed admins, decided to come back to twitter
mastodon being a largely centralized "decentralized" service by having one giant flagship instance is a problem
