@kiilas Yea… and I think if you crank up the size of the biomes a bit you tend not to get cold biomes directly next to hot biomes.

@kiilas The terrain generation just uses a bunch of noise functions that has no variation on large enough scales. But mods can change the terrain gen so, there are possibilities.

After finding out that the waiting time for the gender identity clinic is 20 months, I've been looking for other options.
Plan A: Wait for 20 months
Plan B: Move to a different part of the country, closer to friends, and with shorter GIC queues
Plan C: Fly to or Skype with GIC elsewhere
Plan D: Selfmedicate, expensive, difficult, and risky, but possible

But there is a queue… Currently the waiting time is 20 months until first visit.
