what has died is the will to make it grow
you can totally make a webring right now if you want
you can make a shitty table with thick borders and yellow backgroung
you can make whatever website you want even if it's bad and under construction and you never finish it, but leave some poetry in one of the links
what is stopping anyone from doing this? it's definitely not twitter, or a shift in technology
just fukn do it if you want, dare do it, there's literally nothing to lose
