@andrew Sounds like a plan! The other alternative is maybe to put some ground radials beneath the head liner if you do get an antenna through the roof
@andrew Mine is from 2010 so still made of metal. Got the antenna clamped to the rear boot hatch.

I obviously have the same opinion on Snap and AppImage - I don't think either of the two make this any better.
CMV: Flatpak is an overlay Linux distro, except they absolve themselves of all the hard problems with maintaining Linux distros (such as making sure bugs are fixed uniformly across the package set, security vulnerabilities are addressed promptly and tracked, etc.) in favor of saying it's upstream's problem.
(News flash: most upstreams don't care, and they almost all do a pretty terrible job at it. Not surprising, given that they all independently need to reinvent the wheel...)
