TIL the reason that there was basically no electric cars between the end of the Lead Acid age and the begining of the Lithium Age is because Chevron (an oil company) owned the patent on NiMH-powered EVs and would sue anyone to keep them from making better EVs.

@philpem Now that you mention it, it does feel very Central Television of the era!

Paint it up like a normal CCTV camera, use a scarf/shemagh to hide my neck, add some more wires to the back, and then let people tag me with stickers!

Maybe add some ears/antennas?
