@TonicBH I didn't see any of the original trilogy in the cinema but I saw them on VHS and terrestrial TV, and played a lot of the games (PC and SNES). Though I don't think the prequels are as good as the original trilogy they're still good.

The sequel trilogy is a great mature movie sandwiched between two pieces of fan service and that really soured me to the franchise.

@TonicBH I used to really like it, but wow did the last main movie really make me not like it.

Jedi Survivor brought back a lot of the old feels but I'm still ignoring the franchise from now on.

This book is pretty awesome! It was printed in 1973, so all the graphics stuff is analog and made using physical props, and it has a lot of examples!

The HG UV98 TNC works so much better now with some fixes.

Branch up with TNC fixes and rough flashing instructions.

Still needs some work so that 2x 255 long packets can be handled - but closer!

Breakfast this morning is a home-made "Moons Over My Hammy" sandwich, normally served in Denny's in the USA. :9

@kevin Oooff shit! Hope it's just a knock to your body and you're okay soon!

I’ve said it before but it bears repeating, because I’m starting to get the “our brains work like LLMs” in my mentions this week:

The idea that human consciousness could be simulated is, in 2025, still science fiction. You have never used or seen a product that has a clear roadmap between it and AGI, let alone consciousness.

We are not on the cusp of accurately simulating human consciousness in silicon; moreover, the idea that if we did, that silicon would have a first-person conscious experience is a leap of faith on the same level as believing in an immaterial, immortal soul.

You are so much more than an LLM. Anybody who says differently either hasn’t done their homework or has an agenda.
