Mid 90s, hanging out with some Wiccan friends: "Oh dang what are these wolf feelings?"
Late 90s: "Yeah definitely some werewolf there but I feel so at odds with myself. Oh this Werewolf RPG is speaking to me a lot.
Late-00s: "I feel werewolf but also at the same time wrong and that I'm a fraud; what the hell is wrong with me??"
Now: "It's because I'm trans and I spent the last two decades denying it. I'm a werewolf woman!"

Always kinda liked the idea of journaling, especially using something like the Bullet method, but ADHD.

I just realised, this morning, that I take a lot of handwritten notes at work, and the notation for journaling methods would help a lot with keeping on top of them!
