My 6YO: I like how she dresses.
Me: How THEY dress. They're non binary, they prefer "they" instead of "she".

ME: Non binary. It means they don't feel like a girl or a boy, they just feel like themselves. "Boy" or "girl" doesn't really fit for them.
6YO: Oh, ok!
IT'S THAT EASY, FOLKS.
Still having problems processing no longer have Narcissa around the house.
I walk around the house and automatically look to see if she's in certain spots she liked to be in, which brings it back front-and-centre.
That and it's too quiet. She's no longer here to meow for fussing, food, or what-not.

Have you ever seen a bus driver graffiti a car that has been parked in a bus stop?
Because I haven't. I saw nothing happen at all and there is no way I could identify the bus driver who did it.
It's hard having to face up to one of our cats showing her age.
I remember the first cat I remember being part of the family, Lucky, aging in the same way before finally passing.
Does make me wonder if Cissy is missing her sister and that's affecting her.
I'm expecting Cissy to pass in the next few months, and I'm trying to get used to that before it eventually happens, since I'll have to be the 'adult' when it does.

Absolutely. Do not use, do not support BetterHelp.
They took patients’ intake questionnaires and sold them to Facebook.
BetterHelp itself is not a ‘covered provider’ under HIPAA. But they heavily implied any data you gave them was HIPAA covered, and would not be shared.
They have been slapped with an $8 million fine by the FTC.
(I think they should be a HIPAA-covered provider, and they should be prosecuted.)
BetterHelp *cannot be trusted*. Stay away!
