it's a major pain in the ass to change anything but the simplest things about it, it runs terribly, and there's so many basic features that pleroma has that are just missing, and everyone sees that as pleroma being different and not mastodon being limited

the symptoms for post concussive syndrome line up pretty good with the symptoms for an actual concussion
my guess is that post concussive syndrome is the "good enough to perform capitalist labor" general catch-all label for the purposes of employers
what they don't tell you is that you'll actually still feel terrible and probably be in some measure of suffering

i need to get a functional brain again so that i can do the things that i want to do
concussions are extremely unfortunate
i will have better appreciation for the level of functionality that i at least used to have

@CornishRepublicanArmy i suppose that what i learned was that it's almost impossible to regulate effectively but you absolutely have to regulate in order to buy time in a capitalist system while wealth centralizes with the most wealthy
no one's really sure what comes next, at least not in textbooks and economic theory. tbh, that's why i ended up an anarcho socialist. it really didn't seem like there were any good answers in the books. my solution is to just take the whole damn thing apart.
