i don't know how to not distract myself in class

i cannot watch a 2 hour lecture

@squirrel I have to:

* not bring my laptop
* turn off my phone
* write colour-coded notes at literally every moment of the lecture

otherwise I get distracted and I can't focus back on the lecture again
