I think in Control Centre > Hardware > Keyboard Shortcuts there should be a thing to add a custom shortcut
@troubleMoney that only maps "take a screenshot" to "print" but it has no way of setting what "take a screenshot" actually does because linux is a wonderful program
@squirrel if there's a button for "add" then you could put in the command for xfce4-screenshot and then bind that to something useful
that's the only way I can think of though

I think by default pressing PrintScr will take a screenshot
Should be a thing in preferences somewhere to change keyboard shortcuts as well
