Im pretty tired of having to deal with all this.. my family is so toxic and unsupportive of everything i do ever since they realized im not a "normal boy" and i just want to grab my stuff and leave, go back to my aunt in the states and just help her with the farm

@kiilas True. Well that's what they told me at least. Not that I particularly agree with it anyway.
I do consider myself a buddhism student, but I'm just a lay person. Buddhism helped me manage my anxiety and stress, but that doesn't mean that I have to take everything literally. Basically I take the stuff that I see will help me. I think that's the sane choice with religion in general.

@kiilas The basic thing in buddhism is that attachment leads to suffering. I've talked to multiple buddhist monks on their transgender views and they think the issue stems from the fact that we transgenders are trying to change our own body in pursuit of something else, and for this, we'll never be happy.
I'd agree with this except with the characterisation of "changing" our body, as I don't consider it changing, because I've always been a female since I was born.
