So like, how do I browse other instances or is that even a thing I can do without making an account on there

Try a different emulator? Not for the same system necessarily, just see if it's local to that emu.

@tom you could try using x360ce to emulate xinput then try the xinput plugin.

Bit of a workaround but it opens another option.

So like with mastodon what happens if this instance goes down? Do I just lose access to mastodon entirely and have to remake on another?

@minx I can give it some slack for being a one-person team but like, you're basing your game on Harvest Moon which has been entirely gamepad controlled from the beginning, that seems like a thing to focus on from the start
