in a vanilla au set in. idk, somewhere in a costal city. i think witch would have a mild boston accent, and wraith would have picked up their grandparents russian one on a lot of words

wraith unconsciously mimics the accent of whoever they're talking to, but they speak so quietly and disjointedly that it's not very noticeable.

witch has a very generic american accent, anything more regionally specific had completely eroded with time.

his breakdown went like. he was sludging along thru school and not getting into college and shit, moving slowly and mindlessly depressed and anxious, and he kinda forced himself to the extremes of either end- he's either clean, neat, put together, and slightly high strung, or in a state of complete collapse, can't leave the house can't leave his room can't leave his bed, with not a lot of middle ground between those two points

it's because he has a breakdown when he was like 19 and reworked a lot of his personality in an attempt to not rot in a puddle in his parents house until he died, and he practiced how to speak clearly obsessively and at some point an accent snuck in there and never left. it's definitely not a thing he chooses to do conciously

in my mind haven has a very slight english accent that isn't quiet an affect, per se, but he's from his universes equivalent of the midwest so it didn't really come from anywhere naturally
