so i transferred to balmung, walked into limsa lominsa, and immediately sent people into a tizzy by declaring that if they want a game without furries in it, that cat(girl) is out of the bag and has been for quite awhile now

the rest is, in order of relevance:

like the characters do get a bit of an arc in that Aberforth realizes he can cool his jets and only hate his brother, like, 50% power, not 110% power with bonus slurs

but Albus's arc is that he kinda...

....has the moment where he recognizes people are making sacrifices for him to pursue a personal grudge, and

doesn't grow from it

but instead kind of accepts it as how the world goes now and rightly so

i actually have a long and extended HP fanfic in the back of my head where i massage the timeline a bit to have brothers Albus and Aberforth Dumbledore in the last vestiges of the wild west in America, running after Grindlewald and his pet ne'er-do-wells of the moment to obtain a macguffin named in the title (i am nothing if not respectful of tradition you see)

but honestly

it'll be hard to write as it's v much a vehicle for Albus Dumbledore Kinda Sucks Actually
