@breakfastgolem to be fair, i think this is one of the qualities of particularly online communities that i think human society is still having hiccups accepting.

you could get far more philosophical and say that nothing ever exists in the same state for long periods of time due to the very nature of time, of course, but i feel like online there is that same process, sped up immensely, and without any physical objects to keep ourselves grounded with. so, it's a bit of a head trip

aldi, my dear, if i could bag my own groceries quickly and reliably, i would be working as a grocery store bagger, not being disabled at home....

so i'm pretty psyched to be able to pay instacart to do that bit for me LOL

i really like the concept of aldi, the idea of store brands only (but quality store brands), etc etc. but real talk

a lot of the things that get cut as minor conveniences for abled folk make it impossible for my disabled ass to shop there

guess which spoonie just discovered instacart delivers aldi to her door

so "woomy" is "booyeah", but what is squidkid for "koba and lui, i'm gonna need you to get the fuck off my shoulders 'cos i can't fucking carry you" #Splatoon2 (yes this happened last night and i'm still salty about it)
