isn't a Returnship just like. hiring somebody straight-up.

like internships are typically the pre-entry-level thing of someone who is new to having a job in that field and having a job at all, that's why there's so much pressure to have interns be extremely low paid or not paid at all

....aren't most hires not in that situation people who have had jobs or even 'careers' before
