@mavica_again @TonicBH yup - run 'em through Handbrake, 720x480, h.265, probably make sure it's using your hardware encoder so it doesn't take all day, even if you leave the bitrate settings alone, one pass can really smoosh down a bunch of the excess filesize.
@wildweasel @mavica_again strange, rendering in Handbrake with settings like those makes it go by lightning fast now, but the file sizes are about the same (sometimes a pinch more!).
I must be doing something wrong...
