@winampskins ooh, nice, the Windows "Whistler" (Watercolor) theme. Heard a story once this was a "decoy" theme designed to show off the impending Windows XP's visual theme support without revealing Luna to the world.

I feel strongly that anyone should be able to make a website with HTML if they want. This web book will teach you how to do just that. It doesnβt require any previous experience making websites or coding. I will cover everything you need to know to get started in an approachable and friendly way.

Even if it's always going to be covered by application windows, it's always nice to put my own photographs on my desktop wallpaper. These came out really nice. At least I'll always glimpse them when I'm logging in to the machine in the morning.
