if you follow me here (or follow me elsewhere and found this profile by happenstance) and really want me to know which house you belong to in the terf lady's wizard books... maybe consider finding another way to self-declare your identity that's a bit less loaded, and also maybe try understanding why people are upset with said terf lady and her wizard books
maybe it's the ex-moderator brain at work here, but any time somebody follows me somewhere, i make a point of looking at their profile - even if they're not somebody i know, it helps to get some clue what a person is like.

A lot of years ago, I took on an art study project where I traced over low-resolution screenshots of old games to see if I could "find" the detail in them. I never quite finished this one but I wanted to fill the bookshelf with as many silly things as possible. Some of it I slightly regret putting in there.

New blog post! This time I'm taking a look at fonts. I ran into a floppy disk containing a pair of extremely cute dingbat fonts - a tokusatsu helmet alphabet, and a set of decorative lucha mask characters. They're well-designed and very detailed.

so, today i learned that BIC ran an advertisement campaign 10 years ago, one that actually yielded something interesting, a font that was an average sum of people's handwriting! it was called the "universal typeface experiment"
...but the campaign got taken down the year after, and it was extremely hard tracking down the fonts for the longest time.
so, someone on reddit randomly popped up with a sketchy download link to it, so i snagged it and plopped it on internet archive so that this shit doesn't get lost lmfao

I often go on long walks around my neighborhood for exercise. And I often see ridiculously huge trucks or SUVs parked on the street.
