tabs, an experiment
having one tab feels great!
so for the next week, I'm not allowed to have more than 5 tabs at any time

@lizardsquid Good luck with that, I don't know how you'd do it.
I noticed in my own efforts to keep tabs within the icons-still-show-in-the-tabs stage I eventually ended up bookmarking articles to a folder for later reading. I know full well that I'll never look into that folder for reading material, but it seems to satisfy my "I'll get to it" urge enough that I can close the tab and forget about it.

@BatElite I've been using firefox's pocket thing for that
and yeah I think... this week will be hard

@lizardsquid Use a desktop client for your music?
tabs, an experiment
@Fumon I'm streaming from google play, so there isn't a desktop client - although I could just listen to the music I've already downloaded!

@Fumon ooo thankyou!
I'll have to try and get that running in my OS later

@lizardsquid maybe there's an extension that can enforce that
tabs, an experiment
@bug maybe, but that doesn't give me the flexibility to go to 6 tabs when someone links me something and it automatically opens in a new tab

well I've expanded to 6 tabs by accident already
I have to close one of the following:
* computer fairies (and no longer be able to toot from here)
* dragon style (and probably forget to be a dragon)
* birdsite (and stop interacting with my friends there)
* the ocaml code I'm currently reading
* my music
* the ocaml books list that I'm scanning through
