i remember an article a very long time ago on "how to ask questions" in the context of tech spaces i.e. "can i do Y" vs "how can i use X to do Y in Z" but i can't find anything of the sort now, does anyone know anything like that?

@mavica_again The only one I know of is the one written by the toxic ESR stream in '01 and revised until '14. His website gives me a hilarious SSL error, so here's a random GitHub fork of it instead: github.com/selfteaching/How-To

@arielmt this is a good general guide but the "be precise" part alone is what's more relevant to what i needed
