@squirrel no, I get twitches all the time, they just go away eventually. Sometimes I can massage the muscle and get them gone, but usually i just notice they’ve stopped after a while.

@squirrel @noelle no, if you can try to get a magnesium supplement (anything but magnesium oxide, it is not absorbed well, magnesium citrate should be pretty common)
