My therapist emailed me back! They said they would refax it to my endocrine doctor. So I'm happy about that. I'll call the place later today, to see if they received it. Paws crossed!

My Endocrine doctor has yet to receive the letter, that my therapist said would be in by the 10th of this month. And I've been trying, frantically to get a hold of my therapist to see what the hold up is. But so far no response...
