every blockchain thing must have a technical document that immediately goes into lengthy detail about one small aspect, while neglecting to even include a broad discussion of the architecture, it's properties, and tradeoffs.
it's propaganda written for investors, of course
only effective against people who aren't expecting a real protocol RFC-style doc with structured explanations.
i can't decide whether it's just intentional chaff, or if it reflects the underlying process.

Tangentially: in Mary Shelley's original novel, Victor Frankenstein never finished his bachelor's degree. He's not Dr. Frankenstein until the movie.

Superficial knowledge is that Victor Frankenstein's creation is Frankenstein's Monster.
Deeper knowledge is that "creature" is more often used to describe him.
Full knowledge is that he thought of himself as Victor's son, so "Frankenstein" is a perfectly reasonable name for him.
Understanding is the knowledge that being a monster isn't bad.
