@Kaffe@chitter.xyz @pupy@chitter.xyz tbqh I think once microsoft bought it and Notch sold the rest of the company out from under everyone else and waltzed out the door and into his mcmansion I think... I think everyone's love for Minecraft (in the dev team) mighta died with it...

I remember when he said that him leaving Mojang and Minecraft for Microsoft to buy and he felt that maybe people didn't like him very much and like "...yeah, you think?? jee I WONDER WHY???"

The moment he stepped down from Devving Minecraft as a whole and let Jeb and others handle it, way more things got done with it. It's... BASICALLY almost feature complete by this point? Though it really needs more updates, but now Microsoft basically owns it outright... it's probably harder to get updates done for it :/
what with their really weird stipulations on updates and certification and stuff...

but it was when there was the third party minecraft launcher that let you play online creative mode for free re7ally easily.
