@SuperCee@plush.city Yeah I think I tried 1 on the SNES port and it just... wans't that great feeling. I haven't played 2?? But susprisingly 1 and 2 were definitely well received, though 3 was basically sort of a reboot of the series?? It changed the tone a lot to make it a LOT more serious. 1 and 2 are... kinda goofy, especially with the character designs and names

@SuperCee@plush.city I dunno I just really liked the cute character designs and it was more fair a beatemup than most of SNK's fare. ^^;; I ONLY NOW understand the Bust/Slash differences in playstyle and stuff though.

@SuperCee@plush.city only samsho game I ever played was 3 which I found... somehow... on a real disc, but not the original case, in a pawn shop of some kind I guess, on PS1. It ruled. My favourite character was Shizumaru? Apparently it turns out that 3 was like, super divisive amongst fans, and also got nicknamed as "Samurai Slowdown" on the PS1 version because of severe framerate drops present in that port.
