Sid is really, REALLY well today. he's bounding about, playing, happy, mounting stairs like three at a time with no issue, vocal again and likes to be around people.

oh dang that reminds me one of the NPC trainers you can face repeatedly in Pokemon Swoosh is a construction lady and she's cute and perky and broad shouldered and clearly well muscled and has kinda a cylindrical body shape rather than huge hips and tiny waist and she's just... so good??
