why am i so irritated by things claiming to be "8 bit " when they're very clearly imitating a 16-bit era sound or visual or vice versa it's such a daft, silly, inconsequential thing to get annoyed by but I can't help it I literally see someone link a video of a "16-bit" bloodborne theme with an animated gif used for the visuals of a Bloodborne demake very clearly on GAMEBOY CLASSIC (given the colour palette and low res) but the music is VERY DEFINITELY NES/Gameboy soundchip. fauihsfajshfasf

~Woman Forced to Remove Dying Tree, Turns It Into Tiny Library Instead~
"just stop using <thing>" is a completely worthless response to somebody complaining about something.
if someone uses something despite complaining, it's either not bad enough for them to warrant stop using it or there's another reason why they can't.
it does nothing but radiate a smug aura full of elitism.
yeah i'm moving over to chitter.xyz now. Soooo go there! I'm there now.
