in this hot weather please make sure to fully ventilate and cool your robotic and AI friends.
If your robot/ai friend has built in liquid cooling systems they may need a top up so get them a nice tall glass of something cold maybe with some ice cubes in, or run them a cool bath or shower. Also consider good high power, low noise air cooling solutions, such as fans or airconditioning units.
@catterfly just realised I haven't seen a lot of art from y ou and was wondering why and then I found out about mastodon.art and UGH. D: I'm gonna follow you again because I love your art so much and I miss it ;w;
@Nine Wouldn't you if you looked that cute?
Dr. Rajagopalan Vasudevan has, since his pilot project in 2002, replaced 10,000km of roads in India with an asphalt that includes recycled consumer plastic as a binder.
The plastic melts at a safe temperature - 100C below its burning point, so it doesn't release toxins into the air - and replaces 10% of the bitumen normally used. It prevents potholes (since it seals the bitumen-asphalt gaps water would seep into) and reduces waste.

please boost, financial need, immediate
I just got an email saying my phone (which provides me with internet) will be suspended for non-payment.
I can't even afford bread right now, and I have bills that I cannot pay.
Anything helps.
Boosting puts my need in front of people with an extra dollar or two.
With LiberaPay in limbo, the GoFundMe is my only option:

Please.
Even a dollar or two helps.
Sharing to other social media helps immensely as well.
An interview with Rebecca Sugar, creator of #StevenUniverse:

She talks about how the Gems are coded as female but are nonbinary, and explicitly says she is a nonbinary woman herself. It legit brought happy tears to my eyes.
Possible archaeological discovery in Meath, Ireland described as 'very significant'.
