5games memmery thing but i forgot some things FUCK
Dead Cells though is riotously good fun and even if Motion Twin didn't previously just do mobile games before Dead Cells this would be an astounding game from any studio. Motion Twin did amazingly good work in every aspect. It's a true gold standard metroidvania-roguelite cross and it not only plays amazingly well, it's also a lot of fun.
pssst y'all: cool friend Kory Bing has KS running for a print run of her excellent webcomic Skin Deep! it's 1.6k away from the goal with four days to go! check it out!! https://t.co/wDQSU5UpEd

hm, to be fair though Bloodborne only gets on there with The Old Hunters DLC and ... that's largely because of my massive crush on Lady Maria who upon seeing her boss intro I involuntarily gasped and it took all my willpower not to make an embarassing noise over teamspeak about. .///.;
(though I genuinely did love Bloodborne, its lore, its bosses and its gameplay as well, just the DLC actually really is thoroughly excellent, nigh on mandatory.)
"If you had to recommend someone play 5 games" etc reasonings 4 (Finale)
Yakuza 0: ...It's a problematic fav that's for sure. But I LOVED its story, Kiryu is the goodest boy who is the worst at crime, Majima is the best at crime and the goodest worst boy. Nishiki is a precious cinnamon roll who i must protect (YES I HAVE PLAYED YAKUZA KIWAMI AND I KNOW BUT IN 0 HE IS A CINNAMON ROLL DON'T @ ME ), and honestly, sometimes you just... really gotta crush some skulls. ...seriously fuck the JCC tho.

Transistor: I was torn between this and Bastion but honestly I think I prefer Transistor's gameplay more, and I also far prefer its story. Bastion is also a very good alternative but I felt bad putting both those games on the same list when either will do. Both have incredible soundtracks, beautiful stories, and fascinating worlds and characters.

Nier: Automata: I played through this in its entirety and I was... SO engrossed with the story and the characters. I'd never played a Nier or Drakkengard game before so I had no background but the gameplay, the ASTOUNDINGLY beautiful music and soundtrack, and the story was... well it definitely left an impression let me tell you. I don't want to replay it because I got the E ending and was so satisfied by it. I daren't taint it.

Undertale: The retro aesthetic, the hilarious, silly humour, the heartcrushing raw emotion it inspires, the story, its beautiful message, the characters, just everything about it is so important to me. I reinstalled it on my Surface Pro just so I could have a True Pacifist playthrough on EVERY system I've played it on.
Duskers: Command line interface? genuinely nerve racking? quirky roguelite-esque gameplay? Very yes, thanks.
I installed steam on my Surface Pro and stuck a few of my games i haven't ever played on it like Hacknet and Sword & Sworcery, and it's pretty great but also I found after playing a bit of Hacknet that command line interface games are rad as fuck and I put Duskers on that shit too because hell yeah command line interface games on a laptop device

oh i found grenadine syrup in our house and I remembered @maple mentioning it was delicious so I tried it out and I'm not sure it's genuine because I remember her saying it was made with pomegranate but this has raspberries and strawberries on the label but it's still heckin' nice with sparkling water.
yeah i'm moving over to chitter.xyz now. Soooo go there! I'm there now.
