@IceWolf @claude novasquirrel.com/town/ It's my attempt at a collaborative map building social hangout thing. Lets you build things together without being high resource and without costing anything.

@Lexi I'm currently waiting for a weekend that doesn't have a forecast of storms so I can go on a zoo trip. So far it doesn't seem like it's coming any time soon.

@shaderphantom Well, ideally whatever problems justified temporarily disabling some tests will get fixed up. I've been encouraged to create tickets to address stuff like that I find.

@shaderphantom I keep running into situations at work where a lot of the unit tests are disabled and do not work if enabled. We're still required to keep the unit tests up to date though despite that.

I guess I'm 24 now! You know one of these years it will probably make sense to start referring to myself as a queen instead of a princess.

I'm really glad that I've managed to find a few ace-friendly places to hang out. I guess the secret turned out to be just finding things run by other ace people, what a surprise.

Until then it felt like all I really had were groups specifically about it, which is hard to bond over. Toss in SFW+art or SFW+computers and now you've got something.

My birthday is on Wednesday and I don't have anything planned other than making my partner play Kirby Super Star with me

@maple I rewatch the entire thing occasionally since I really like it

I've gotta figure out something satisfying to do with my characters, since I really like them. I initially thought roleplay but that's never really worked out how I wanted. I guess I can keep drawing them a bunch, and try to fit them into my SNES game.

I named her Rebecca and she's a builder on a much larger scale than just dams. She's got a pretty big inventory space and she uses it to store a large assortment of building materials.

Rebecca likes exploring to gather nice looking materials to create things out of.

I like Mastodon's linear timeline for being able to find exactly what you were looking at again if you exit the tab accidentally and come back, but I'm not a huge fan of missing things forever because they got buried and you weren't around to see it

Here's a beaver taur I'm working on that currently does not have a name yet, but I love how she's turning out.

Still struggling with the anatomy since I've never really drawn a taur before in any fashion!

Realizing I have absolutely no idea how to draw taurs but I'm gonna really try my best

@behold3r For me I just expand it out to "I need to draw tons of rodents in general" but then also realize Isabelle is not a rodent so it does not hold up.

@Nine I wish LEGO Racers actually did this instead of just lying in the manual that the way you build your car actually affects anything. I think it literally just came down to different chassis having different collision boxes.

Maybe the second game does better.

Pet death

A goldfish I had died recently. It actually managed to live to be 23 and it was always hilarious because it would just keep on going all these years, and we'd have to bring it with us through different house moves. RIP

My birthday's next week and I took the day off. What should I do for it?

I used my personal GitHub account to join a work-related GitHub organization because I am fearless. Also I'm already using Gadget Hackwrench as my avatar everywhere work-related so who cares if they see Nova too.

I started doodling a beaver and I'm now realizing that there is a LOT you have to decide on. Nova and Maffi had colors already set out for me to use and I don't have that here so I'll have to decide that; I'm thinking maybe orange? I definitely feel like I want something bright, maybe unnatural. And then I will have to somehow pick out hair and personality... and then the hardest part, a name!

My strategy, like with Maffi, is to play around with pixel art first and then move on from there.

I drew Maffi in Mario Paint and I forgot that the SNES mouse is actually not great to use. Oh well, she looks cute though!
