I have had an incredibly tough medical battle for the last two years.
Without getting into specifics, yesterday was a huge milestone for me!
My Hickman (tunneled central line) was removed. Although I still have some chronic med issues/pain, this marks a significant move in the right direction and a big improvement in my quality of life!

Trolls have already come, but they get blocked, then removed. If a server somewhere becomes a haven for trolls, admins of other servers cut them out of the fediverse.

Things Iβve noticed here so far. 1. Length of posts is long enough to make a point without assuming to much prior knowledge or droning on. Nice. 2. Very few whacky follower/following ratios, not too many huge egos. 3. Canβt translate posts. Weβre good for three languages in this house and then we have to give up. Little disappointing. 4.
