Pacifica Sunset

Pacifica is where highway 1 starts down the California Coast along the Pacific Ocean.
After tasting some specialty beers and walking on the beach down near Santa Cruz. We decided to take the longer way home up coast.
As we neared Pacifica it was clear that I wouldn't make it to San Francisco for sunset. So we found a place to park so that we could enjoy the sunset in Pacifica. Trans rights rally at Te Whanganui-a-Tara | Wellington today was so full of positive energy. Everyone rallying for trans rights was there out of love for our whānau and even the couple of anti-trans activists were met with chants of “Love, not hate”. Proud to be a Wellingtonian!

So about 2.5 years ago I started putting Balsamic vinegar on my pizza, when I suddenly realized that pizza is just a giant soft bruschetta.

Last year I started putting it on my pasta, too. Holy shit, y'all.

I tell you what you do: Get yourself a nice balsamic vinegar (or honestly even a not-great one that you can decant and let breathe for a while; does wonders), and then you put it on ALL the tomato-based Italian foods you eat, and then you come back and thank me later.

(I prefer a fig balsamic myself; delicious.)
