That could explain my reaction to habanero salsa. There was a restaurant here, years ago, that made an award-winning salsa, and I loved it. It was too hot for everyone else.

I bought a bunch of refills when I found that a 0.7mm Cross ball point is exactly the right line and feel when I use a pen. I also bought 4 pen bodies that fit them, 1 for my checkbook, 1 for my backpack, 1 for my home office, and 1 for my work office. I'm never without the right pen.
I cannot emphasise this enough. #ActuallyAutistic folks MUST start their day with natural light, NOT the light from your phone or light fixtures. Itβs such a super boost and help to your regulation. Try it out this week!

I don't always misunderstand or miss a social cue and respond inappropriately but when I do, I do it at the wrong time, and think about it for days. So pretty much always.
Dogs do the same thing. Little Man sleeps all day, so he can scratch at the door to be let out, all night.
How is it fair that the older my cat gets the more she sleeps, whereas I just get less and less?
I seized a day but it fought back and honestly after I get some gauze we need to talk about daily autonomy.
