•Seeking asylum is a legal & human RIGHT, protected by the US Constitution and the UN Convention on Refugees (to which the USA is a signatory)

•Both documented AND undocumented immigrants have LOWER crime rates than US Citizens (and usually higher vaccination rates too)

•Undocumented immigrants pay MORE in taxes ($12B annually) than Trump ever has or will (and get none of the tax benefits)

My son gave his sisters, who are big fans of the movie, packs of 1986 Little Shop of Horrors trading cards/stickers we found in a vintage store. They loved them—and then talked him into eating the 37 year old gum they came with. He can generally handle pretty gross stuff (he's a nine year old boy, after all) but I've never before seen him run to the sink and wash his mouth out with quite so much urgency.

By the way, I agree with the film's premise that making companies successful is not always correlated with intellect. In Musk's case it is clearly correlated with bravado & slippery ethics

I am always mindful that when it comes to intellectual deficit, the Republican lift doesn’t have access to the executive floors.

There’s no better example than support for Ukraine in their battle for survival. Only intellectually challenged Republicans would see military support as a poor investment.

It is bargain basement cheep to support another army to degrade the military assets of such a major adversary, without risking a single U.S. soldier. Alas it’s beyond the mental capacity of some.

It turns out that if you want to time-travel, you can just take a whiff of Jōvan Musk and you will find yourself stranded in 1987.

It snows about 7-8 months a year in the north. I have to do this about 6-7 times in 24 hours when it snows. Now you can calculate how many times I remove snow from my deck every year.
