If Biden doesn't run in November, the Heritage Foundation and their allies will stage another Brooks Brothers Riot to keep the replacement Democrat candidate off the ballot in every state they can reach. They'll shop for Federalist Society judges and tie them up using procedural delays until after the election. The result will be a victory for Trump by default. If any cases *do* get to the supreme court, Clarence Thomas et al will rule in their own self-interest.

You don’t hear a lot of prominent women of color calling for Biden to step down. Here are a few reasons why:

1. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson
2. Secretary of the Interior Deb Harland
3. Vice President Kamala Harris
4. More Black women appointed to federal circuit courts than all previous presidents combined
5. $16B in support for HBCUs

Think about who is calling for him to step down. Our job right now is to focus on reelecting Biden-Harris. If you care, that’s your job, too.
