In my house, we now have like 20+ six-packs of coca-cola bottles.

I think we've found the trick to make me stop drinking pop completely: An overabundance of it.

It's weird, the last time Valve added music kits to CS:GO before these recent additions was in 2016.

I might have to make a new blog post if they keep releasing new ones at this rate.

A while back, Valve added a music kit featuring some of Halo's music for those who own both CS:GO and Halo: The Master Chief Collection, which features a smattering of tracks from the first three games.

Problem is now I have to find out *which* track they used for each cue...

for some reason Valve added a music kit for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive from "trap metal" musician Scarlxrd.

I've listened to it and... it's not great? Better than screechy metal and eurodance anthems to half-baked esports teams, but I'll stick with the other music kits I have, thanks.

I always feel like I'm cheating when I listen to a greatest hits album.

I immediately start thinking of that Doors sketch from Kids in the Hall, feeling like I'm a poser not getting the true experience.

Oh hey, The Game Awards is happening tonight.

While it may be under a new moniker, the Video Game Awards have always been a hot mess.

At that point in my life where I try to think of stuff I want for Christmas and just... struggle with coming up a good amount of stuff.

I mean if I could be more femme in public, I'd just shove my Amazon wishlist with like a dozen dresses, skirts and leggings.

Somehow my blog got like... 70 views yesterday, I think that's a record since I moved the site off wordpress.com.

I always appreciate the 2-3 people who stumble upon my site and then just binge on some of the content, it tells me that what I've been writing for six years is worthwhile

A couple of days ago I removed the shrinkwrap off my James Bond blu-ray collection and am now rewatching the entire series, since it's been a few years.

Dr. No and From Russia with Love are good, competent films that have a few bits of questionable material but are otherwise pretty solid.

I considered writing about the films but putting 1,000+ words into 24 movies is a bit of an undertaking.

Since there's a certain video game awards show happening tomorrow, I updated an old article I wrote back in 2012 so it's more up to my modern standards.

...and that's about as much as I've done today besides take a shower.

I swear, if Giant Bomb recycle last year's GOTY format where the first three days are boring spoiler-filled commentary followed by like 5 hours of deliberating their top ten, I'm straight up skipping them.

That format was garbage, went on for too long, and there was *still* confusion on what categories meant, which they should've figured out by now.

The site's been running for 11 years, by now you think you'd have your GOTY format locked down pat.

I always feel weird when I eat some cereal without milk, like cinnamon toast crunch or frosted mini-wheats.
