There's something about that late 80s-early 90s sound of pop rock that I kinda like.
It's really hard to explain in text, but the songs I'm thinking of have, like subtle reverb/echo with fairly simple guitars and sometimes there's a random horn section?
I need to find examples to better explain this, it's hard for me to convey what I mean in text.
It's a shame I don't know many music nerds, because I just wanna talk about this kind of stuff with people and I just don't have much of a place to share it

I moved my blog from the free Wordpress site to the current domain in March of last year.
To this day I am still updating posts to lead to posts on the current domain and not the old website.
Though I think I'm getting into the home stretch, as I updated all of 2018 and 2019's posts over the past couple of days.
CS:CZDS is one of my guilty pleasure games.
It basically plays like a Half-Life mod but with more Counter-Strike stuff.
Honestly I'm more fascinated how that game was touched by five different development studios over the course of four years rather than the game itself
Here's a Secret Area Throwback for this week: I look at a special Mortal Kombat PS2 Kontroller, one that might actually be better than the official DualShock 2 controllers.
This was originally a vlog, but I updated it to be a written post, more in line with the other posts on the blog.

family, blood
So this morning my dad hit his head on something pretty hard and was bleeding profusely.
We eventually got an ambulance for him and he went to the hospital to get stitches, and he's back home recovering.
There was *a lot* of blood and it made me feel queasy and uncomfortable. Most of it got cleaned up, thankfully.
