Two domains have been suspended due to aggressive behaviour:

niu.moe
libertarianism.club

niu.moe has been silenced from computerfairi.es due to imposing views we consider harmful. We are currently considering upgrading the block to a suspend and would like the input of this instance's users.

Considering interactions between users from both instances, we have not rejected media files from niu.moe while silencing their instance just yet.

mastodon.blue has been suspended from computerfairi.es due to the admin's complacency with harassment such as transphobia.

In light of recent events and the circumstances behind the original decision having changed, witches.town is no longer silenced by computerfairi.es.

Services will go down briefly in a few minutes as they restart to add the doodle feature from the glitch-soc fork!

We have silenced witches.town following posts from the instance admin advocating self-harm. We have chosen not to fully suspend the instance yet due to the size of the instance and activity of their users there.

As a reminder, silenced instances are still federated with, only hidden from public timelines. However, as per standard procedure in Computer Fairies, blocks of either kind are accompanied by a media block, so images will not show.

Computer Fairies will be left running update processes overnight. DB migration is expected to take around an hour, after which, if everything goes well, the instance should briefly go down as it restarts with the new version, 2.0rc2.

social.lucci.xyz has been suspended from Computer Fairies due to support of nazism.

Since the circumstances for their blocks have passed (CSS injection incident), sdfn-01.ninjawedding.org and now.kibousoft.co.jp have been unsuspended.
