New robocaller trick, as captured by (probably too quickly deleted) voicemail:

20 seconds of hold music, then a voice states your purchase of a supremely expensive phone is nearly complete and that, "if you did not authorize this purchase, press '1' to connect to a customer support representative."

It's supposed to feel like you called them, instead of them calling you.

The voicemail message ended after that calm voice spoke.
