Also, in case anyone's wondering how to do this in Krita:

1. Image > Convert image color space, select "CMYK"
2. Image > Separate image
3. Group all the split layers, and then move some of them a little bit to make the cool offset printing effect
4. Add a filter layer to the group, select "halftone" (under "artistic"), set mode to "independent channels", and then proceed to fuss with the options for like an hour

I got into a super deep rabbit hole on halftone printing techniques and tried it out with this image, and I think it looks COOL AS HELL

I didn't even think our view of eclipse was worth any effort and didn't get the fancy sunglasses. Instead I went around the place for half an hour looking at shadows. It was magical.

I got one good shot.

Got out and did some more picking this morning and set out some more surplus for the passers-by. Found a very lovely note in the box later. Made my whole summer. There must be smoke in the air again, my eyes are all runny again.
