@turbodragon it's usually longer than 30 minutes but there are a lot of RPGs that do this. One of the older examples is Dragon Quest IV, you go through a chapter for each character and then the last chapter is gathering all those people together for the final battle.
Final Fantasy Dimensions and Final Fantasy 4: The After both do this also for more recent examples, but there are a lot.

Inspired by seeing four different queer people I don't know quoting or linking to content from four different people who are current or former members of my polycule on the federated timeline or on discord in the past two days
The queer internet is so small and tight knit, it's really relaxing sometimes, like it's a big family
Sometimes there are bad feelings but at the end of the day we're all so interconnected, we're in this struggle together despite individual issues
