nothing like walking into your apartment and seeing the words "SUB OF THE DAY" on your TV :blobcatpeek:

Me: *sitting in quiet lobby using my phone*
Phone: *decides to randomly start playing music*
Me: :blobcatsurprised: ono

We may need to set up a system of secondary fronting, as all the headmates who aren't fronting tend to exist in the same physical space as our physical body. We may need to find some way to allow only one permanent to exist in the physical space, while the other(s) exist in some new headspace.

And, of course, I put quotes around permanent as, clearly, they aren't, well, permanent. But they're the headmates that stick around in my day to day life, rather than coming and going within a few days.

So, we're pretty sure we're plural and we think we've figured out how our system works. I won't go into details, but I will say it only really works with only one "permanent" headmate and any number of transient headmates. This is problematic as one of my previous permanents (Jade) is trying to return, but my current permanent (Miles) is showing no signs of leaving. We may need to spend some time sorting this mess of a system out.

Ah, great. I'm thinking that I am, in fact, bipolar and that my meds may need to be adjusted. I can feel that downwards slope starting. On the bright side, I can see it. On the downside, how the hell do I stop it?

@hafnia Since I started seroquel, maybe about five minutes from the time I start trying to fall asleep to the time I'm actually asleep.

@diodelass I figured out where I messed up my maths. I accidentally put 12 hours in a day instead of 24. (This is why my physics colleagues won't be able to trust me with a particle collider :blobsplosion:)

@diodelass How are you defining "very close"? Because unless I did my math wrong, I'm getting that it's close to 33 mph

Antikink rhetoric is ableist

Some people, due to being ND or disabled, cannot engage in vanilla sex.

Either it is too painful, uncomfortable or just boring.

For some with chronic pain, pain play is a way to gain control over the concept of the pain they experience.

Some autistic people gain no pleasure from vanilla sex due to sensory issues, but find pleasure in kink.

For some, vanilla sex isn’t something they’re physically capable of, or is very uncomfortable, but kink is pleasurable and comfortable to preform.

Some autistic people enjoy ‘unusual’ kinks, for some of us it is the only thing we sexually engage with.

Antikink sentiment directly harms disabled people and our sexual expression.

ice cold take, free software and nazis

free software is great but have you considered that "free speech" is an alt-right dogwhistle and that you should focus on protecting minorities instead of submitting to nazis and marketing your software as "free speech"
