Update 2: The power is back and youtube has resumed playing Cosmic Dance to celebrate

Update: It's supposed to be up to 45 minutes. The power is still out. I still don't know why.

And to make sure we're clear here, this is not a rolling blackout. It was announced in advanced that there would be an outage at 16:00 today. But I heard that through mom and she never really mentioned why.

Things you better have a damn good reason to do: Intentionally cutting off power to part of a city for 30+ minutes in 30-35°C weather.

I've finished sleeping and I feel much better. I think it was more than just carsickness. I had been drinking a bunch of caffeine to help me stay up, and I might have had a bit too much. Combine that with a car ride, and you've got a recipe for disaster. But, yeah. Feeling better now.

Was supposed to be heading out to the other side of the state to help my brother move. Instead, I had to have mom bring me home because I could not handle the car ride. The carsickness better not become a regular thing. Anyways, I'm gonna go try and recover some more

Okay, update. I played Childe's story quest and, honestly, I can kinda see why people like him. sigh Shame he's still Fatui. Honestly, if he had quit his job to come adventure with me, as he expressed the desire to in a letter to family, I'd probably like him a lot more.

Speaking of last we met, dude, it's not been that long. We literally last saw each other a couple days ago. You know, that whole thing where you thought I wasn't that strong and so "played along" only to find out just how strong I am and that I was serious about you having to kill me if you wanted the gnosis, then trying to kill me because you thought I had already taken the gnosis then deciding no less than half of Liyue would be acceptable casualties in your little quest?

Tartaglia's letter today quite amused me. Like, dude. I'm not your friend. I'm not your "pal". I can't fucking stand you and I wish I could have properly finished the job last we met.

So, I finished the Liyue arc and, uh, what do people see in Childe? Quite frankly, I just see a bastard I'd like to slit the throat of. Why do people like him?
