instance administration, block recommendation

Two instances to cancel today, both running Pleroma, both pretending to be something they aren't:

yang.social (the moderator follows users on only two instances, both of which are already banned for white supremacy, and the supposed "Yang" account is friendly with Gab users)

blob.cat (my first interaction with them was them asking what my point was in a post that ended with a sentence like "my point is someone could probably compile a list of Google accounts used by nazis" and the only public post I could see from their instance was them complaining about being banned by scholar.social, saying that they had received no reports, which is something that has happened a lot in the past for instances run by those sorts of "free speech extremists")
