This gender-neutral, single occupancy, public restroom has an "occupied" gate that blocks the lower half of the entry way, but the facilities folx had locked it open, so that you couldn't latch it—because in order to fuck over homeless folx, they're also fucking over people who need to sit to use the bathroom.
