Stop fantasizing some great and powerful leader will be elected and "make things right again". Even if that one is a Democrat they'll still follow the same bullshit as the reactionaries, just with a prettier way to present it to the public. The State is showing its true colors. Find the others around you and stick to them. They're the best chance you'll get at getting out of this mess. Dismantle the State and capitalism.

The descent into pure outright fascism is inevitable for this system as it has taken root a long time ago. With each new presidency the power concentrate more into the hand of the State and capitals. The military power grow to no end. Discrimination of marginalized identities etched deep into society, enforced by the State. Even the likes of Obama is no exception. What Trump did today was built upon Obama's legacy.
